How does daily accountability work in my time zone?
Through in-app messaging, video calls, and scheduling, we'll establish a mutually convenient time to review your data daily. With clients spanning from America to as distant as Australia, here's a perspective from one client on dealing with time zones and collaborating with Anthony remotely. "When I first started this it was a long distance relationship," said Jeff Alan, 65, of Queensland, Australia. "I've had a few of those in the past and they didn't turn out too well. I say that tongue in cheek but I was a little uncertain as to how this would work. I'm unsure how to correctly perform the exercises or operate the machines. Where should I begin?
Your personalized workout comes with in-app support, which visually demonstrates the machines and techniques required for each of your exercises, as well as the number of repetitions and sets to be performed.
